This awesome property (Padaro Residence) is located in in Carpinteria, California. It was a project by Barry Berkus from B3 Architects from Santa Barbara, California. This fantastic residence has large expanses of glass with beautiful beach view. The house uses wooden panels in some places to keep the room warm without heater.
